Responsibilities

  1. Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments for team members.

  4. Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
  5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  6. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries when necessary.
  7. Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.

Job Specification:

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a related administrative role.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  5. Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
