Job Summary:

We are hiring a bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of communicating professionally with clients, patients, and providers in the U.S. This is an in-person role based in our Lahore office, supporting remote operations for U.S. clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with English and Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and data entry
  • Handle administrative tasks such as updating records, managing calendars, and follow-ups
  • Provide virtual support to medical offices and mental health practices in the U.S.
  • Translate or relay important information between Spanish- and English-speaking contacts

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or medical office support is a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Willingness to work U.S. hours (evening/night shift in Pakistan)
  • Based in or willing to work from our Lahore office (on-site)
