Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and reliable Limousine Dispatcher to join our team at Royal Crown Limo. As a Limousine Dispatcher, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling, routing, and communication between drivers and customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service while maintaining smooth operations of our limousine services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dispatch drivers to customer locations based on real-time requests.
  2. Coordinate and monitor routes to ensure timely arrivals.
  3. Maintain and update the schedule for all drivers and vehicles.
  4. Answer customer calls, provide quotes, and resolve any inquiries or complaints.
  5. Ensure all vehicles are properly equipped and ready for scheduled rides.
  6. Communicate with drivers regarding any changes, cancellations, or new instructions.
  7. Assist with booking reservations and confirming customer details.
  8. Keep accurate records of bookings, ride times, and special requests.
Requirements:
  1. Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  3. Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
  4. Proficiency in using dispatch software and basic office tools.
  5. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Knowledge of the local area and traffic patterns is a plus.
