Position Summary

OB Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement Manager with a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations to lead and manage the procurement function across all brands in our portfolio, including Café Aylanto, Fuchsia, The Mad Italian, and Fine Foods Co.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of supply chain dynamics specific to the food & beverage industry, and be well-versed in ERP systems (preferably Odoo). This role is critical to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven purchasing across multiple outlets, while maintaining consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budgets.
• Source, negotiate, and finalize contracts with vendors for food, beverage, equipment, uniforms, kitchenware, and consumables.
• Maintain an approved vendor list and ensure vendor compliance with service level agreements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic audits to ensure quality and reliability.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Coordinate with outlet managers and the central kitchen to forecast purchasing needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking situations.
• Implement cost control measures and optimize purchase cycles to improve margins and reduce waste.
• Regularly review and update standard purchase specifications in line with brand standards.

Operational & Administrative Duties

• Maintain comprehensive procurement records, POs, invoices, and vendor contracts in line with audit and compliance protocols.
• Collaborate with Accounts & Finance teams to ensure accurate reconciliations and timely payments.
• Coordinate with logistics and store teams to manage deliveries, storage, and quality checks across all units.

Reporting & Market Analysis

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly procurement reports for management.
• Monitor market trends, seasonal pricing, and availability of key commodities.
• Recommend cost-effective alternatives in case of shortages or price fluctuations.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience in the hospitality industry, specifically within restaurant operations.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as Odoo and inventory management software.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Deep understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and procurement needs across regions.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
