Position Summary:

OB Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement Manager to lead and manage the procurement function across all brands under the group portfolio, including Café Aylanto, Fuchsia, The Mad Italian, and Fine Foods Co. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services, while maintaining high quality standards and strong vendor relationships. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence and consistency across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budgets.
  • Source, negotiate, and finalize contracts with vendors for food, beverage, equipment, uniforms, kitchenware, and consumables.
  • Maintain an approved vendor list and ensure vendor compliance with service level agreements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic supplier audits.

Inventory & Cost Control:

  • Coordinate with outlet managers and central kitchen to forecast purchasing needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Implement cost control measures and optimize purchase cycles to reduce waste and improve margins.
  • Regularly review and update standard purchase specifications.

Operational & Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain procurement records, POs, invoices, and vendor contracts in line with internal audit and compliance protocols.
  • Collaborate with Accounts & Finance teams to ensure timely payments and proper reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with logistics and store teams to manage deliveries, quality checks, and storage standards.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports for management review.
  • Track market trends and price fluctuations for key commodities.
  • Recommend alternatives and substitutions in case of supply shortages or price surges.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
  • Experience with ERP systems (odoo) and inventory management tools.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendor relationships across regions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
