Assistant Operations Manager at Nationwide Enterprises

About Us : Nationwide Enterprises is a fast-growing BPO & freight solutions company serving U.S.-based clients. With multiple branches and teams across Pakistan, we rely on a strong IT backbone to keep operations running smoothly — and we're now looking for a hands-on, all-rounder IT expert to join our team.

Role Overview

This is not a narrow specialist position — we need someone who can handle everything IT: from setting up company emails to maintaining our networks, troubleshooting devices, managing backups, and ensuring the security of our entire infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace accounts, email setups, and domain records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and business software.
  • Maintain and secure network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Implement IT security measures — antivirus, MFA, access controls, phishing prevention.
  • Provide daily IT support to staff and maintain updated documentation of systems & assets.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's in IT / Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 3+ years in an IT support or system admin role.
  • Certifications (Preferred but not required): CompTIA A+ & Network+
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with office IT security systems (CCTV, firewall setups).
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 80,000/month (based on skills & experience)

Working Hours: Night Shift 5pm to 2am (Mon-Fri)
