We are seeking an experienced and results-driven GM – Finance & Accounts to oversee and manage the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, strategic analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. This leadership role requires strong analytical thinking, financial acumen, and the ability to guide the company's financial strategy and operations.

  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement finance and accounting strategies to support business goals.
  • Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team for optimal performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in financial management and accounting (minimum 8–10 years preferred).
  • Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • CPA, CFA, CA, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
