Our Investment Banking division is a trusted advisor to some of Pakistan's leading corporates, institutions, and business groups—specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, debt structuring, and other strategic transactions across sectors.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Investment Banking team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions from day one, supporting senior bankers in the execution of equity offerings, private placements, M&A, and other strategic mandates. The position is well suited for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in financial advisory, valuation, and transaction execution at one of Pakistan's leading advisory platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on industries, companies, and transactions.

Build and maintain financial models, including DCF and comparable valuation analyses.

Assist in the preparation of client presentations, information memoranda, and investor materials.

Support deal execution, including due diligence coordination, regulatory filings, and structuring.

Monitor capital markets and macroeconomic developments relevant to active mandates.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a liberal arts background.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; basic knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of initiative.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a transaction-driven environment.
