Business Analyst - Client Experience and Conduct (CXCG)

TALENT UNLIMITED is hiring a Customer Experience (CX) Lead for one of our banking clients. If you have a strong background in UI/UX design for mobile banking applications and a passion for optimizing digital customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  1. UI/UX Optimization: Enhance mobile banking app interfaces for an intuitive user experience.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with digital teams to refine customer journeys.
  3. Customer Communication: Ensure clear and effective messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  4. Voice of Customer (VoC) Insights: Leverage data to improve CX and address customer pain points.
  5. User Testing: Coordinate and analyze user testing with third-party vendors.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices to enhance digital banking experiences.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications (preferably in banking/financial services).
  3. Strong understanding of CX principles and methodologies.
  4. Proficiency in English & Urdu.
  5. Experience with user testing & research methods.
