We are seeking a Sr. AI Engineer to join our team and help us develop innovative solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies specifically with LLMs. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying AI-based systems that can automate and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-based systems and algorithms that can solve complex problems and improve business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that leverage AI and machine learning technologies.
• Ability to work in the guided direction and mentorship.
• Communicate with clients to understand problem statements and provide solutions according to it.
• Develop and implement data collection, preprocessing, and analysis pipelines to support AI-based systems and algorithms.
• Conduct experiments and perform statistical analysis to evaluate the performance of AI-based systems and algorithms.
• Implement and maintain AI-based solutions and systems in production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and machine learning technology advancements and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our solutions.
• Develop, fine-tune, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance AI-based solutions and address specific business needs.
• Strong understanding of functional design principles, object-oriented programming, and basic algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including comprehension, writing, reading, and speaking.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, research-oriented team managing concurrent projects.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in formulating and strategizing AI solutions and data modeling.
• Expertise in pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and Machine Learning and Deep Learning core concepts.
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering for LLMs, including developing and fine-tuning custom models.
• Experience in building custom AI agents and AI automation solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of AI frameworks, libraries, data structures, training, modeling, and model deployment architecture.
• Expertise in one Machine Learning framework (e.g., PyTorch or TensorFlow) with experience in creating training and inference pipelines.
• Proficiency in developing APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask, and implementing REST and streaming APIs.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, PG Vector, or ChromaDB.
• Sound knowledge of LangChain frameworks and experience working on solutions like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Chain-of-Thought (CoT) reasoning.
• Experience with Dockerizing solutions and implementing MLOps best practices for model management, monitoring, and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Advanced experience in Spatial Data Science, NLP, or Computer Vision domains.
• Programming experience in Python and familiarity with related ecosystems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.

Required Skills:

• Python (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Programming experience in C++ (especially for Machine Learning solutions).
• Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools such as PySpark, Databricks, AWS EMR, or GCP BigQuery.
• Worked with AWS Sagemaker, AzureML, or, GCP Vertex AI for MLOps.
• Proven experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
• Experience working on domain adaptation problems and implementing effective solutions
