We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and help us develop innovative solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, specifically with LLMs. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying AI-based systems that can automate and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI-based systems and algorithms under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to solution development.
  • Ability to communicate with clients effectively with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Participate in data collection, pre-processing, and analysis to support AI models.
  • Conduct basic experiments and perform statistical analysis to evaluate system performance.
  • Implement and maintain production-ready AI-based solutions with senior team support.
  • Document code, processes, and project milestones for future reference.
  • Perform unit testing and assist in debugging to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning.
  • Support the Dockerization of AI solutions and basic containerization tasks.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment, managing tasks effectively and delivering within timelines.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in either PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Understanding of Machine Learning concepts, including Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, and basic Deep Learning architectures.
  • Hands-on experience in building REST APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
  • Basic understanding of Vector Databases like FAISS or Qdrant.
  • Familiarity with Data Processing & Analysis techniques.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker.
  • Ability to understand and follow MLOps practices for managing and deploying models.
  • Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases for basic querying and data manipulation.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Effective communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Exposure to the LangChain or Llama Index frameworks.
  • Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or Chain-of-Thought (CoT) reasoning.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Big Data Tools like PySpark or GCP BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
  • Experience working with Graph Databases.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools for production environments.
  • Exposure to Serverless Computing and Lambda functions.
  • Knowledge of Airflow or Kubeflow for workflow automation.
  • Basic understanding of Version Control Systems like Git.
