We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and securing new projects through freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. You will serve as the first point of contact between our company and potential clients, ensuring all bids and proposals are professionally written and tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create, submit, and manage project proposals and bids on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  2. Understand client requirements and tailor proposals to meet their needs.
  3. Communicate effectively with potential clients to gather information, clarify project details, and negotiate terms.
  4. Maintain and update a pipeline of leads and proposals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, content writers) to ensure proposals align with our capabilities and resources.
  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead conversion and revenue targets.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms (preferred).
  2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  3. Ability to write compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to specific job requirements.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
