Are you skilled at writing winning proposals and building client relationships online? We are seeking an Upwork Bidder to help us grow by identifying and securing projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

What You'll Do:

  1. Write and submit compelling proposals on Upwork and other platforms.
  2. Analyze project requirements and customize bids accordingly.
  3. Communicate with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
  5. Meet and exceed monthly lead conversion goals.

What We're Looking For:

  1. 3+ years of experience bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork preferred).
  2. Knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, web/app development, or design.
  3. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
