Deputy Manager REVEX – Customer Service & Technology

Purpose

To support business in their daily operations, including frequent coordination with the customer service team to ensure timely approvals, resolution of issues, risk assessment, and budget monitoring & controlling for the CS portfolio.

Education & Experience

Professional Accountant / MBA with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge

Understanding of commercial and technical aspects of business. Strong financial and data analytics concepts. Hands-on experience with MS Office and SAP / Business Intelligence tools.

Areas of Responsibilities

1. Budget Preparation & Control (30%)

  • Preparation of the portfolio's annual budget in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the budgeting and planning department for timely submission of budget-related requirements.
  • Highlight areas of cost optimization and budget rationalization.
  • Maintain PS hierarchy for controlling CS's annual CAPEX & REVEX budgets.
  • Ensure all invoices are processed timely as per PO terms & conditions.
  • Streamline and automate data collection processes where possible to enhance efficiency.

2. Business Partnering (40%)

  • Process and review PAS related to Customer Service.
  • Perform risk assessments on the portfolio and recommend safeguards to manage risk.
  • Review initiatives proposed by users for management decision-making.
  • Evaluate user proposals and projects at PR level in detail.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for swift resolution of issues.

3. Reporting (30%)

  • Review and control monthly O&M costs in coordination with the Financial Reporting Department.
  • Prepare detailed explanations for variances in all related GLs.
  • Report the portfolio's monthly performance and highlight achievements for the MFR report.
  • Establish internal controls, workflows, and policies for tracking and reconciling vendor claims and payments.
