Position Overview

The successful candidate will handle open POs (cradle to grave) for assigned categories and brands.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all open drop ship orders (manual & EDI) with vendors to ensure prompt fulfillment.
  2. Review daily open manual drop ship orders and backorders, expedite fulfillment, and communicate modifications/issues to stakeholders.
  3. Review daily open EDI drop-ship orders and backorders, expedite fulfillment, and communicate modifications/issues to stakeholders.
  4. Ensure prompt order fulfillment through interfaces with vendors, carriers, and other departments.
  5. Contact suppliers for current ETA/ETS on open orders via websites, email, and phone.
  6. Update open purchase orders with any changes to ETA.
  7. Respond to order status requests within established SLAs.
  8. Maintain proficiency with primary vendors' systems and interfaces, sharing knowledge with team members.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory; a degree in Supply Chain is preferred.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in an offshore/outsourced model within sales/operations/supply chain, preferably in reseller hardware/software industry.
  3. General understanding of IT products and terminology is preferred.
