  • Have an ability to create deep relationships with Customers and Partners.
  • Have an ability to run a highly interactive session with an audience.
  • Have a constant drive for personal and organizational growth.
  • Have the ability to source and hire A players.
  • Are very proactive.
  • Are outstanding in technical/business/sports/any other competitive area.
