We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director with at least 5 years of experience in visual design and animation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on creating high-quality animations (such as Lottie) and managing a team of junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual design direction for our educational platforms
• Create engaging animations and visual assets for web and mobile
• Oversee and guide junior designers to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain high design standards across all deliverables
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on visual goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, animation, or art direction
• Strong portfolio showcasing animations, illustrations, and design systems
• Hands-on experience with animation tools (e.g., Lottie, After Effects, etc.)
• Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Note: We're not looking for experience in Figma, marketing, or social media design. The focus is purely on visual storytelling and animation for education.

Hourly rate: $2.5 - $3.5

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs700.00 - Rs1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Multan Gpo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
