Art Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director with at least 5 years of experience in visual design and animation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on creating high-quality animations (such as Lottie) and managing a team of junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the visual design direction for our educational platforms
Create engaging animations and visual assets for web and mobile
Oversee and guide junior designers to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain high design standards across all deliverables
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on visual goals
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in visual design, animation, or art direction
Strong portfolio showcasing animations, illustrations, and design systems
Hands-on experience with animation tools (e.g., Lottie, After Effects, etc.)
Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
Strong leadership and communication skills
Note: We're not looking for experience in Figma, marketing, or social media design. The focus is purely on visual storytelling and animation for education.

Pay: Rs700.00 - Rs1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
