An Inbound Sales Specialist plays an important role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. S/he is comfortable receiving a healthy number of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and ensuring monthly sales conversion benchmarks.

Location: Karachi, Islamabad

Working Hours: 9

Job Shift: Evening/Night

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receive/Cater inbound calls to promote and sell the product/service.
  2. Correspond with customers, track and resolve any issues regarding product/service.
  3. Ensure customer follow-up at all times.
  4. Handle customer needs and requirements.
  5. Respond and resolve customer inquiries.
  6. Ensure monthly sales conversion benchmarks are met.
  7. Be alert to upselling opportunities.
Job Specifications:
  1. O Levels/Matric or above.
  2. Age limit: 18-45.
  3. Excellent command over English.
  4. Flexibility.
