Responsibilities:

  1. Enter ticket bookings of all companies into ERP system.
  2. Liaise with customers and staff for their queries.
  3. Collect and sort cards, ensuring proper maintenance.
  4. Provide daily billing to freelancers.
  5. Check GDS report against entered bookings in ERP.
  6. Submit invoices/bills and relevant documents through email and hard format periodically.
  7. Identify collections, update accounts receivable in the system, and settle collections invoice to invoice.
  8. Ensure all clients remain informed of their outstanding debts and deadlines.
  9. Follow up with clients for their outstanding balances via phone calls and, when required, via personal visits.
  10. Track status of accounts, credit limits, and balances; identify inconsistencies in activity & collection, and report to management.
  11. Reconcile accounts statement's balance and customer ledger for any relative problems as asked by clients.
  12. Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Job Specification
  1. Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  2. Good correspondence (emails) in English.
  3. Strong client interaction skills.
  4. Must have experience in Umrah, Hajj tour & tourism.
