Job Summary:Cellsol Energy is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager - Solar Sales to join our dynamic sales team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of the solar business.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Target Achievement: Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for solar solutions across various segments (residential, commercial, Industrial).
- Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads generated through various marketing channels, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solar solutions.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of compelling technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of Cellsol Energy's solar solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitor activities, and stay updated on industry trends and government policies related to solar energy.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for the Sales Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, design, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Channel Development: Explore and develop new sales channels and partnerships to expand market reach.
- Training & Development: Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members.
- Customer Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the solar energy or related technical industry.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, their components, and benefits.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Experience selling solar solutions in the residential, commercial, or Industrial sectors in Pakistan.
- Familiarity with government policies and incentives related to solar energy in Pakistan (e.g., net metering).
- Existing network within the relevant industry.
