Location: Lahore (Hybrid Role with Remote Work Flexibility)

Role Overview:

WeCommerce.PK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our senior leadership team. This full-time, performance-based role will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies and driving growth as we enter our next phase. The CMO will oversee market planning, research, public relations, and marketing management, while also focusing on sales enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Lead public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and reputation.

Design and implement effective marketing campaigns that result in measurable sales growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Utilize digital marketing channels and platforms to optimize outreach and engagement.

Leverage marketing automation tools and analytics software to track performance and refine strategies.

Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership and mentorship to marketing staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in market planning and marketing management.

Proven expertise in market research and public relations.

Demonstrated success in driving sales through innovative marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective marketing strategies.

Excellent leadership and people management abilities, promoting a collaborative work culture.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics software.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
