Overview

Java Technical Support Engineer to join our Incident Response Team. Monitor applications, resolve issues, and help maintain our Java-based systems. This welcoming role offers opportunities for professionals at various experience levels who are passionate about Java and technical support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support coverage during business hours.
  • Monitor system performance and respond to alerts.
