* We're Hiring: Technical Support Engineer - US Clients (Full-Time, Onsite)

Are you someone who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders? We are looking for a Application Consultant to join our growing team, working closely with US-based clients to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as a primary liaison between internal teams and US-based clients to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.


• Translate business needs into clear specifications such as user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.


• Manage and track the progress of client requests, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.


• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure proper implementation of client requirements.


• Participate in system walkthroughs, product demonstrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).


• Troubleshoot client-reported issues by coordinating with technical teams, ensuring resolutions are well-communicated and documented.


• Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products to confidently address client queries and support needs.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• 1-2 years of experience in a Application Consultant or similar client-facing role.


• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to engage international clients effectively.


• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.


• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.


• Experience working with Saas products or technology-based platforms is preferred.


• Candidates holding a valid US visa will be preferred.
