About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Architect with deep hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure. You will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications while working closely with engineering, DevOps, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Create scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Build modern, responsive frontend interfaces using React.js.
• Define architecture best practices for CI/CD, microservices, and serverless patterns in AWS.
• Guide cloud deployments with AWS services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of cloud applications.
• Perform code reviews, mentor engineering teams, and enforce quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Implement security and compliance standards across infrastructure and application layers.
• Drive innovation through continuous improvement, automation, and proof of concepts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong command of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Advanced framework expertise: Next.js for SSR/SSG and Nest.js for enterprise Node.js applications.
• Hands-on AWS expertise with infrastructure design and deployment.
• Deep understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes a plus).
• Experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CodePipeline).
• Solid grasp of API security, OAuth2, JWT, encryption, and DevSecOps.
• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time communication protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic technical decisions.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with React Native for mobile development.
• Knowledge of Redis for caching and session management.
• Familiarity with message queuing systems (SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, AWS CDK).
• Performance optimization and monitoring tools (New Relic, DataDog, ELK Stack).
• Experience with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda patterns.
• Knowledge of Micro-frontend architectures.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration using AWS services.
• Experience with blockchain technologies or Web3.
• Contributing to open-source projects.
