We're building the most compassionate, effective, and scalable weight loss experience in the UK. You'll be part of our Islamabad-based product and engineering team, helping craft an experience that truly changes lives.

Role Overview

We're hiring a full-time Product Designer to join our Islamabad tech team. You'll own the design of our core patient-facing product — from flows and wireframes to final UI — working closely with local engineers and the UK product team.

This is an on-site role (I-10, Islamabad), ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, focused environments and wants to build a product that genuinely improves health outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Lead UX and UI design for Weightless's patient experience (web and mobile)
  • Map user flows, create wireframes, and deliver pixel-perfect UIs
  • Collaborate with engineers on-site to implement designs accurately
  • Participate in product discussions with the UK team (async + Zoom)
  • Maintain our Figma design system and design libraries
  • Apply behavioral design principles to help patients build long-term habits
  • Conduct informal user testing and iterate on feedback
You're a Fit If You
  • Have 2–5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles
  • Are fluent in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping)
  • Know how to design clean, accessible, responsive UIs
  • Understand mobile-first design patterns
  • Can work in a fast-paced, early-stage product team
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Are based in Islamabad or willing to relocate for an on-site role
Bonus Points
  • Experience in healthtech, wellness, fitness, or fintech
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or dev handoff best practices
  • Can create micro-animations or simple motion designs
  • Comfortable working with UK-based team remotely (mid-day syncs)
