At Retailo, we have a big vision: for every retailer a one-stop solution. It is our high aim to create a digital retail marketplace for simple, quick, and reliable delivery of inventory. For this mission, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team.

Job Description

This role is for you if you have a knack for finding complex problems and crafting simple, elegant solutions through all stages of the end-to-end design process. You are a brilliant communicator who works well with multidisciplinary teams, delivers design decisions based on customer insights, and has a business-oriented mind with solid know-how of design systems.

We are looking for someone with leadership qualities who can not only lead validation research but also shapes out cross-functional collaboration and do mentorship along the process. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for aligning and updating other stakeholders and presenting them with product strategies that are based on user research and analysis to improve the overall product experience. A deep understanding of the product to proactively identify tasks and workflows is an essential part of the role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience

  • Rich and deep understanding of visual design (typography, color, and layout)

  • Proactively drive efficient design methods and processes.

  • Drive Usability testing with prototyping and testing tools

  • Ability to deep dive into user needs and research.

  • Manage and facilitate small and big workshops

  • Good understanding of Data and Metrics.

  • Good to have knowledge of design system

  • Proactive and clear communicator

  • Brilliant storyteller and presenter

  • Able to handle multiple projects within timelines

  • Great Influencer and can set a bar for the whole team

  • Passionate about pixels, craftsmanship, and impact of design
