About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to lead and innovate in our manufacturing operations. You will manage and inspire a dynamic team, transforming large-scale production processes, and collaborating with talented colleagues to produce top-quality products that positively impact lives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage large manufacturing operations, focusing on performance and efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate teams while ensuring safety and quality standards.
  • Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
  • Communicate effectively, solve problems swiftly, and make informed decisions.
  • Oversee production logistics, supply management, and contract negotiations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience managing large manufacturing operations with a focus on performance improvement.
  • Strong leadership skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of production logistics, supply management, and contract negotiation.
