Position

Outbound Sales Agent

Location

In-person – Office Setting (Call Center)

Shift

Night Shift | Monday to Friday | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

What You'll Do
  • Make outbound calls to company-provided leads to generate new business.
  • Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and pitch relevant solutions.
  • Handle objections confidently and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Track and manage prospects, proposals, and progress through our CRM software.
  • Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).
  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in cold calling or outbound sales.
  • Must be able to commute or relocate for an in-person role.
