Job Description:

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, detailing progress towards targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Lead negotiations with clients, addressing their concerns and objections to close deals successfully.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to streamline inventory flow.
Work closely with the finance team to resolve payment issues and minimize overdue accounts.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure a healthy cash flow.
