Business Growth Executive – Printing & Branding Solutions (Saddar Market, Karachi)

Bharosa Solutions is a printing and stationery service provider with a mission to make high-quality printing services accessible for small businesses. Traditionally, only large businesses could afford professional printing, but just as microfinance and mobile banking revolutionized the financial industry, we are bringing a similar revolution to the printing sector.

To drive this expansion, we are looking for a Business Growth Executive who can help businesses in Saddar Market, Karachi, understand and benefit from our services.

What You'll Do

  • Market Exploration – Personally visit shopkeepers and small businesses to introduce our printing solutions.
  • Educate & Consult – Help businesses understand how professional printing can improve their brand image.
  • Showcase & Customize – Use Canva to help customers design their business cards, bill books, and warranty stickers instantly.
  • Finalize Orders & Secure Payments – Guide customers through our simple order process, ensuring full advance payment collection before printing.
  • Target Achievement – Complete 30 business card orders daily and achieve a monthly sales target of Rs. 10 lac.

Compensation & Growth Potential

  • Base Salary: Performance-based, ranging from Rs. 36,000 to Rs. 50,000.
  • Commission: 5% on Bill Books and Warranty Stickers sales.
  • Performance Bonus: Achieve the Rs. 10 lac monthly sales target and earn an extra Rs. 20,000 bonus.
  • iPad for Canva Designing (provided with a security deposit).
