Overview

Po1 Ecommerce Manager will partner with BU Leads and Sales teams to define and implement an effective Ecommerce strategy across all channels, aiming to maximize ROI and develop a world-class Selling Organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with BU Commercial Leads (Franchise, Sales & Marketing) to develop the ecommerce strategic agenda and sales strategies that promote growth.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with digital and ecommerce companies to enhance sales within the Pakistan region.
  • Identify growth opportunities aligned with Pakistan's ecommerce strategic plan, in coordination with BU and Sector.
  • Market scanning to discover new customers and expand our B2C ecommerce portfolio across all sub-channels.
  • Lead negotiations with new customers to meet commercial plans.
  • Develop online-specific product, pricing, and portfolio strategies.
  • Work with insights teams to monitor market trends, new competitors, and emerging segments.
  • Assess feasibility and develop volume, revenue, and investment scenarios for ecommerce channels and customers.
  • Ensure YoY sales growth and category leadership through joint business planning and activation calendars with top eTailers.
  • Identify opportunities for profitable growth and collaborate internally to optimize PepsiCo products on eTailer platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Franchise, Finance, and Controls to align ecommerce initiatives.
  • Partner with AMESA eCommerce COE to align best practices for the BU.
  • Design promotional strategies leveraging brand campaigns and key events to meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with media teams to plan and implement performance marketing strategies and KPIs.
  • Manage digital shelf KPIs such as availability, visibility, pricing, and reviews.
  • Develop efficient e-GTM structures for optimal customer service.
  • Manage the ecommerce budget effectively to maximize ROI (2021 PKR 35 MM to PKR 445 MM in 2023).
  • Collaborate with external agencies for campaign design and execution.
  • Lead the Ecommerce Capability development agenda for the BU.
Qualifications

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • Proven marketing expertise in digital programs, content, media plans, including search, display, social, and email marketing.
  • Ability to analyze digital KPIs and drive improvements.
  • Strong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage critical initiatives.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in B2C or B2B environments, preferably retail or ecommerce.
  • Digital affinity with a background in ecommerce.
  • Analytical skills to generate insights and drive actions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and external partners regarding channel opportunities.
