Job Summary

This role will be responsible to continuously identify opportunities to improve client efficiency and performance, ensure the team manages all non-complex implementations and standard maintenance requests end to end, and provide second-level customer support to resolve technical operating problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve client efficiency and performance by optimizing channel usage, identifying service improvements, product solutions, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure the team manages all non-complex implementations and standard maintenance requests end to end as per standard.
  • Leverage the voice of the customer to understand clients' needs and identify opportunities for improvements in service, product solutions, utilization, and optimizing channel usage.
  • Provide second-level customer support to resolve technical operating problems experienced by the customer by conducting investigations and rectifying errors.
  • Facilitate the management of non-complex implementations and standard maintenance requests end to end.
  • Share responsibilities with Transaction Banking Implementation for any User Acceptance Testing (UAT) required based on the type of change/release.
  • Comply with applicable Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and Line Manager.

  • Project management skills to handle non-complex implementations and maintenance requests.
  • Analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Knowledge of operational risk frameworks, money laundering prevention, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a professional image and interact effectively with stakeholders and business partners.
