About the Role
Be Safe Training & Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients, primarily focused on selling HSE training programs, certifications, and institutional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a wide range of HSE courses (IOSH, OSHA, Fire Safety, First Aid, QA/QC, etc.)
- Handle walk-in, WhatsApp, and call inquiries with a customer-first approach
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain a sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide post-sale support
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback to management
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and assist in social media promotions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (Urdu & English)
- Good command of WhatsApp, Excel, and basic CRM tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
- Minimum education: Intermediate or Bachelor's preferred
- Familiarity with HSE training and certification is a strong advantage
