Create awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the relevant unit and socialize with teams. Keep yourself updated with the Regulatory and Group policies.

1. Ensure to process transactions received on daily basis
2. Efficiently checking and inputting all required data involved in trade transactions
3. EOD daily recon.
4. Ensure required reports are extracted properly
5. All tasks and assignments assigned by Team leader to be performed.
6. Ensure that the set productivity targets (efficiency, accuracy, etc.) and processing turnaround standards are achieved (within own area of responsibility).
7. Ensure awareness and full compliance of all laid down rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, practices, and code of conduct imposed by the Company/Group.
8. Reporting all suspicious transactions including transactions with Red-Flag alerts to Anti Money Laundering approvers.
9. Responsible for keeping abreast of existing and potential customers and their businesses.
10. Responsible for maintaining close and cordial relationships with Internal Units to facilitate solutions to customer inquiries/problems and/or tailoring required for specific customer requests.
11. Manage and administer the daily operations of the team to maximize productivity and ensure high-quality services to customers, utilizing a range of products and services, and enhancing profitability for the bank.
12. Supervise day-to-day processing and delivery of trade services relevant to the assigned team with the agreed service standards.
13. Review existing practices and identify gaps for improvement in accuracy and efficiency.
14. Ensure Error Logs for the unit are maintained and socialized with the team and Head of Trade Operations.
15. Assist the Unit Manager, Trade, in migrating trade practices and quality standards to and from other bank branches.
16. Ensure related approvals are in place for all trade transactions before authorizing in the system.
17. Ensure timely reporting to the Group/Regulatory Authorities.
