Position Title: Microsoft Sales & Partnership Manager
Location: Lahore
Type: Full-Time
Timings: 8PM to 5AM
About the Role
We're hiring a Microsoft Sales & Partnership Manager to drive B2B software sales and lead strategic partnerships—particularly within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem. This role focuses on revenue growth, partner development, and driving market expansion through alliances and direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Lead full-cycle sales for software solutions (focused on Microsoft)
- Conduct outbound lead generation, client presentations, and deal closure
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets with accurate forecasting
Partnerships (Microsoft Focused)
- Build and manage partnerships with Microsoft and other tech alliances
- Operate within the Microsoft Partner Portal, including program enrollments, co-sell readiness, incentives, and competencies
- Leverage Microsoft programs (e.g., CSP, ISV, Solution Assessments) for GTM strategy and opportunity registration
- Align with Microsoft account teams on joint business planning
Strategy & Collaboration
- Provide partner/client insights to marketing and product teams
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Report on pipeline, forecasts, and sales/partner performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 4–7 years in software sales, partnerships, or business development
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Partner Center and programs (CSP, Co-sell, etc.)
- Proven B2B sales success, ideally in SaaS or cloud environments
- Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365
- CRM proficiency and strong communication skills
Preferred
- Experience scaling Microsoft alliances and navigating Microsoft sales motions
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and digital sales cycles
- Domain exposure to healthcare, finance, or education is a plus
