Drive B2B Software Sales and Lead Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Partnership Manager to drive revenue growth, partner development, and market expansion through alliances and direct sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Microsoft Partner Center and programs, as well as proven B2B sales success in SaaS or cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle sales for software solutions focused on Microsoft
  • Conduct outbound lead generation, client presentations, and deal closure
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets with accurate forecasting
Partnerships (Microsoft Focused)

Build and manage partnerships with Microsoft and other tech alliances:

  • Operate within the Microsoft Partner Portal, including program enrollments, co-sell readiness, incentives, and competencies
  • Leverage Microsoft programs (e.g., CSP, ISV, Solution Assessments) for GTM strategy and opportunity registration
  • Align with Microsoft account teams on joint business planning
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4–7 years in software sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Partner Center and programs (CSP, Co-sell, etc.)
  • Proven B2B sales success, ideally in SaaS or cloud environments
  • Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365
  • CRM proficiency and strong communication skills
Preferred Skills

While not required, experience scaling Microsoft alliances and navigating Microsoft sales motions is a plus.
