FalconXoft is actively seeking a results-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Lahore office in Gulberg 3. This is a high-impact role designed for professionals who excel at crafting compelling email campaigns, generating quality leads, and communicating with potential clients in international markets—especially the US and UK.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with outbound marketing strategies, specifically within IT services, and be confident in leveraging cold emailing, outreach platforms, and lead generation tools. If you have a knack for writing persuasive email proposals, love technology, and thrive on hitting KPIs, this role is tailored for you.
As an integral part of our business development function, you will help drive global engagement and build solid B2B pipelines through high-converting cold outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns targeting international clients (US/UK)
Research, identify, and reach out to high-potential leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and other platforms
Craft personalized email content and proposals tailored to client pain points and industry relevance
Segment email lists and apply A/B testing for improving open and conversion rates
Manage email sequences and monitor deliverability using tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, Instantly, etc.
Track email performance metrics, analyze results, and report ROI to leadership
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and lead generation goals
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Continuously improve messaging, targeting, and campaign outcomes
Requirements:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and lead generation, especially in US/UK markets
Proven track record in targeting B2B clients for IT services companies
Proficiency in outreach and automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Instantly, etc.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to write persuasive cold email copy and proposals
Strong attention to detail with a goal-oriented mindset to close leads effectively
Solid understanding of lead nurturing workflows and CRM coordination
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing (BBA/MBA)
Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking systems
Experience in content writing or technical outreach
