About The Role

Onboarding specialists are responsible for delivering content that helps employees develop skills and knowledge. Your goal is to conduct informative training sessions, assist new team members with their onboarding schedules, and contribute to the growth of the onboarding program.

This role reports to the Sales Onboarding Program Manager and involves delivering training content, responding to stakeholder requests, and leading initiatives to keep the curriculum relevant and engaging.

Ideally, you have experience working in or developing onboarding programs that deliver value from offer acceptance through to achieving first quota. This position requires onsite work.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver training to entry to mid-level front-line sales staff
  • Support multiple classes of new hires through their onboarding and ramp-up periods
  • Coach new team members on sales strategies and process adherence
  • Conduct exercises and activities to enhance learning
  • Source or create enablement content such as slide decks, product guides, videos, eLearning, email templates, talking points, role plays, facilitator guides, and sales playbooks
  • Schedule training sessions
  • Coordinate onboarding requests and strategize with the Program Manager on new initiatives
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or a related field
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills to engage and inspire learners
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering sales training content
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for sales, enablement, and developing high-performing teams
