Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to join our Real Estate division. This role is focused on B2B sales within the US real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on pre-qualified, high-intent leads provided by the company
  • Conduct timely call-backs, texts, and emails through the CRM (preferably GoHighLevel)
  • Nurture client relationships and maintain consistent communication to build trust and close deals
  • Conduct light market research to understand client needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine pitches and offerings based on market feedback
  • Ensure client satisfaction through professional communication and responsiveness
  • Update and manage the CRM with all lead activities, notes, and follow-up tasks
  • Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings and CRM-based communication

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the US market
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms – GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating market data and lead performance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
