Job Title: Customer Support Executive

We are seeking an exceptional individual to excel in the field of Customer Experience (CX) with wit and a customer-centric attitude. In this role, you will provide satisfactory solutions to diverse customer queries through written and verbal communication, maintaining a positive attitude.

The Customer Support Executive within the Operations department will assist customers with questions, new orders, service delivery, billing, and other inquiries.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in customer support or related roles preferred
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical information simply
Responsibilities
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries about products and services, including order processing, cancellations, and complaints
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken; process orders and forms
  • Follow up to ensure customer requests are addressed, aiming for First Contact Resolution (FCR)
  • Refer unresolved issues or special requests to appropriate departments for further investigation
  • Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of requests and exploring opportunities to add value
