Remote Data Analyst And Google Cloud Expert

Mensio Mental Health is based out of Montreal, Canada and is founded by Dr. Benjamin Armstrong. Dr. Armstrong is a Clinical Psychologist (PhD) and is licensed by l'Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ). He is trained in psychometric statistics and data science.

Mensio Mental Health is dedicated to the measurement and practice of clinical psychology. We empower patients to monitor, track and take better control of their mental health. We consult with enterprise mental health providers to design monitoring and tracking systems for group programs and organization-wide initiatives. Our aim is to help our patients and clients make the decisions they need to flourish. We are currently looking for a remote data analyst and engineer who can help us develop products in the Google Ecosystem and bring our mental health initiatives to life.

Responsibilities

  1. Connecting existing questionnaire systems to cloud-based data solutions (i.e., BigQuery).
  2. Developing automation for triggering emailed reports and information to patients and clinicians (using tools like AppScript, cloud functions, etc.).
  3. Creating visualization dashboards with controlled access for doctors and patients.
  4. Managing data engineering infrastructure in the Google ecosystem using BigQuery and other database tools.
  5. Creating SQL views and automation processes.
  6. Optimizing digital dashboards for speed and performance.
  7. Setting up A to Z data pipelines and digital reporting solutions for new clients including Google cloud user and role management.

Requirements

  1. Experience working with Google Cloud, SQL, scripting/automation in the Google ecosystem (e.g., AppScript, cloud functions) and Google Data Studio.
  2. Experience working with BigQuery in a data analytics and visualization context.
  3. Experience with management of Google Cloud accounts (users, roles, etc.) for new clients unfamiliar with this domain.
  4. Experience with custom (community) Data Studio visualizations.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Experience automating in Google ecosystem with specific experience automatically generating reports.
  7. Flask/Plotly or equivalent (e.g., d3) experience would be a big plus.
  8. Being familiar with healthcare and mental healthcare specifically would be a big plus.
