Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand Foliar & Pesticides presence in the designated region.
  2. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Area Managers, overseeing their performance, coaching, and professional development.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and formulate effective business strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth and drive customer satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  6. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of the region and take proactive measures to address any gaps or challenges.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and operational metrics to senior management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to proactively identify new business opportunities.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in the assigned region.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Zonal Manager, Regional Manager, or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the retail, e-commerce, or technology industry.
  3. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  4. Strong leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate a team.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
  7. Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  9. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
