About Us:
JNJ Polymer Industries is a dynamic and growing manufacturing company in plastic masterbatch sector. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Manager Accounts & Taxation to join our team and lead the financial operations, tax compliance, and ERP-based accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan tax laws, including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Filing of all statutory returns (FBR, PRA, SECP, etc.).
- Handle external audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Implement and manage accounting processes in Odoo ERP.
- Monitor cash flows, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Liaison with tax consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- CA Finalist / ACCA / ICMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax laws and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or any similar ERP platform.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
