
Business Development Manager

Outsource Tel is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Head to lead our growth initiatives and expand our client base. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. This role requires a proven track record of success in BPO sales, exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the outsourcing landscape, and proficiency in modern sales and marketing tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential client organizations.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, solutions, marketing) to develop compelling value propositions and tailored solutions for clients.
- Present company capabilities and solutions effectively to prospective clients through presentations, proposals, and meetings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the BPO market.
- Utilize email marketing strategies and tools to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Leverage Salesforce for effective lead management, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Employ LinkedIn Sales Navigator for proactive lead generation and targeted outreach.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing business development team (if applicable).
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in business development and sales within the BPO industry, with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of BPO services and handling Sales Pipelines.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Strong network of contacts within target industries is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform for sales management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities (if applicable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
