Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in bulk hiring within the call center industry, strong knowledge of recruitment tools (ATS, Indeed, Rozee.pk), and excellent networking skills on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple call center campaigns.
  • Conduct bulk hiring drives and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Source candidates using various platforms: LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed, and internal ATS.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for high-volume hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and offer discussions.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and update hiring trackers.
  • Collaborate with team leads and operations to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (BS completed) – HR or Business preferred.
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring in the call center/BPO industry is a must.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Rozee.pk, and Indeed.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, especially on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
