IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making by developing and maintaining accurate, timely, and insightful dashboards and reports that monitor key marketing KPIs and performance metrics.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI, DAX, MS Excel, and SQL to track and visualize marketing KPIs.
  • Deliver actionable insights by analyzing data trends to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and areas of improvement.
  • Assist the team with performance reviews, data analysis, and various ad-hoc analytical tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting aligns with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Continuously enhance reporting structures by integrating innovative analytical techniques and best practices.
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting platforms and analytical outputs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

Competencies:

  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for data storytelling.
  • Proficiency in data analysis & visualization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performance team.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to bring fresh perspectives and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
  • Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling)
  • SQL (data extraction, transformation, and analysis)
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint (data storytelling and executive presentations)
  • Strong grasp of data visualization to translate complex dataset into clear, actionable insights
