Introduction:

Teach a Kid Make Individual Life, TAKMIL (TAKMIL Foundation) is a non-profit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act and certified by the Pakistan Center of Philanthropy (PCP). The organization aims to provide free and quality education to out-of-school children in communities with limited or no access to education. The organisation is functional across Pakistan with 70 non-formal community schools and ~1000 enrollments. The organization provides primary (Basic - Grade 5) and middle-level ( Grades 6-8) education through ICT integrated accelerated curriculum along with digital and social awareness skills.

  • Data Coordination & Collection

●Serve as the primary liaison between the Operations Team and the Reporting Desk.

●Request and track timely data submissions from the Operational Team related to school progress, assessments, enrollment, teacher performance, and student outcomes.

●Ensure completeness and consistency of data from field reports and school assessments.

●Escalate missing, inconsistent, or outdated data for correction and follow-up.

2. Reporting & Quality Assurance

●Extract and filter school-specific data from Power BI dashboards for assigned donors.

●Conduct quality assurance (QA) on KPIs including but not limited to:

  • Academic assessments
  • Teacher engagement
  • Extracurricular/character-building activities

● Collaborate with the Program Manager for report review and final approval before dissemination.

3. Donor Communications

● Maintain a master reporting calendar for individual and institutional donors.

●Draft, format, and personalize progress reports, including:

  • School profiles
  • Impact snapshots
  • Student and teacher highlights
  • Graphs and performance metrics

●Prepare and send professionally written emails (or coordinate with chapter leads) to share the reports with donors.

●Maintain a record of communication for each donor for tracking and reference.

4. Documentation & Process Improvement

●Maintain SOPs for data request, report generation, QA, and communications.

●Create and update reporting templates and dashboards in collaboration with the tech/BI team.

●Support audit and compliance requirements for donor reporting with complete documentation.

Qualification:

●Master's or Higher Degree in Project Management, Statistics, or related field.

Experience:

●Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, and reporting is mandatory.

●Candidates will be provided with an initial assignment before hiring on the skill sets required.

Technical Skills:

●Proficient in Google Drive, Shared Drives, Gmail, and related tools.

●Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Tools (World, PowerPoint, Excel).

●Statistical and data analysis skills are mandatory.

●Must be proficient in Excel analysis.

●Able to use online meeting tools such as Zoom, and Google Meets.

Reports to: Program Manager/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/ Executive Director

Job Type: Remote/ Full-Time ( 3 pm - 11 pm )

The candidate should be able to adapt to the work schedule as the reporting involves senior management in North America.
