About The Role

Seeking a leadership opportunity to shape the future of manufacturing? As a Coordinator at Reckitt, you'll lead a team of factory employees, enhance their skills, ensure smooth supply operations, and impact our manufacturing processes. Be a key part of our pursuit of operational excellence and help shape our success.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead manufacturing teams, applying expertise in 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis.
  • Manage team performance and development.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Align manufacturing operations with supply chain strategies.
The experience we're looking for
  • Significant manufacturing experience, familiar with 5S, TPM, root cause analysis.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and team leadership.
  • Problem-solving mindset focused on process improvement.
  • Business acumen with supply chain and production optimization expertise.
