We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. The role involves providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing emails and correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates. No prior experience is required, but proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software is preferred.
